2012 Honda City 1.5E (Low Mileage) Description

This is low mileage because it is our secondary vehicle (30k kms as of Feb 2019). Mostly used by my mom for ~10km commutes. She is to retire soon, so this will rarely be used. We are the first owner.

Registration is current.

Regularly maintained w/ fully synth oil, no issues.

Cosmetically, there's a major scratch on the right rocker panel, due to an error by my mom when parking in an unfamiliar garage. There is also a deep scratch below the left foglamp, also from a parking event. Both are visible on my posted pics. I will try to have these repaired, but might be willing to negotiate a bit on the final price if buyer wants to immediately buy the car.

Sale is to be finalized with a CLOSED deed of sale.
