Gibson ES-295 Bullion Gold w/ Bigsby '52

This lovely 1992 ES-295 is a one-owner guitar and has not been played other than periodic maintenance. Stored in its original hardshell case for 27 years, the condition is pristine. If not for a hairline finish check along the rear seam, and very small (@ 1mm or 2mm) age blems on the pickguard underside silkscreen, this guitar would absolutely pass for new. This guitar has been inspected from top-to-bottom and no other finish checking is apparent anywhere. It is in near-mint condition. Original Gibson TKL case shows some natural Tolex wear as shown. All hinges and latches work like new. Combination lock still unset. Interior is immaculate.

Style, Class, Smooth, Sexy

This ES-295 sports a Bullion Gold finish like the original 1952 model, which Gibson no longer produces. It doesn’t get much more gorgeous than the Gibson ES-295. Bullion Gold finish, split parallelogram inlays, and Florentine cutaway project impeccable style and class. The neck is a medium C profile, and more streamlined than many Les Pauls. The original Bigsby tremolo/ vibrato makes the package even sexier. Two classic toned P-90’s are timeless, full and crisp—control them as powerful or subtle as you desire.

No gimmicks here, this guitar plays mouthwateringly scrumptiously, and is absolutely a slick-playing uptown Deluxe Jazz, Rockabilly, Country, Surf and Blues lightning rod. Action is fast, smooth and low. I said, L-O-W, son. Any lower and the strings would be on the other side of the neck. No buzzing or weird spots, the frets are immaculate with zero wear.
