TERMS OF PAYMENT
Selling Price Proposal: PhP4,600,000
Property located in a 20-unit subdivision in Talisay City, Cebu

Buyer’s responsibilities:
• Net of Transfer Fees, Documentary Stamps, Government Taxes, Notary Expenses, Legal professional fees in favor of the buyer, and other fees consequent to this sale (on the account of the Buyer); and
• Buyer pays the consequent Real Property Taxes after the date of Sale (after the signing of the Conditional Contract to Sell);
Seller’s responsibilities: Owner/Seller will pay for the Capital Gains Tax and the rest of the taxes prior to the sale.

Terms of Payment:
• Downpayment of PhP3,600,000 as Earnest Money (non refundable in the event of cancellation by the Buyer for any reason);
• Tranche 1: PhP500,000 as Partial Payment upon signing of the Conditional Contract to Sell; and
• Final and Full Payment: Remaining Balance of PhP500,000 due and demandable upon signing of the Deed of Sale.
