Bought last September 2022.
Original price: 48k
Selling Price: 30k. Can be reduced to 28K for SURE BUYER. This includes uninstallation and cleaning.

Reason for selling: Closed the restaurant where this was installed.

Condition: Like brand new. Only used for 5 months. Fast cooling. Easy to clean. Only used average of 5-6hrs per day. Not used since February 2023. Energy efficient. Billing less than 2k per month when using the aircon for 4-5hrs per day.

We will pay for removal from where it was installed.

Location: Ginazel's Event Center, Lapolapo 1st, San Jose, Batangas
